 {Paralyzed Student Blocked from Return to Middle School

An on-campus assault in 2013 allegedly left middle school student Li Longlong paralyzed from the waist down. Although Li has learned to get around with the assistance of a wheelchair, his application to complete his remaining years of compulsory education was rejected.
